These terms cover Spark Map (a Human Design and Gene Keys reading of your chart), sold by Kelly Tuohey, The Prosperity Maven, Kamloops, British Columbia. Buying a Spark Map means you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital Spark Map, written by AI using my method and delivered in your own private online portal, plus any extras you add at checkout (like Your Year Ahead). Everything is digital. Nothing gets shipped.

What a Spark Map is, and isn't

Spark Maps are for self-reflection and growth. They aren't medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they don't predict the future or promise any result. Please don't make health, money or legal decisions based on your chart alone.

Delivery

Your Spark Map will be in your portal within 24 hours of you sending your birth details. The accuracy of your chart depends on the birth details you give, so double-check them.

Refunds

All sales are final. Your Spark Map and Your Year Ahead are digital products made for your chart, so there are no refunds once you've bought them. If your Spark Map doesn't arrive, or something in your portal isn't working, email helpme@theprosperitymaven.ca and I'll make it right.

Your portal

Your portal is for you. Your private link works like a key, so please don't share it. Your Spark Map stays available for as long as Sol Sparks is running, and you can download the PDF to keep a copy of your own.

Who owns what

Your Spark Map is yours to read, print and keep for personal use. The writing, design and artwork belong to The Prosperity Maven, so please don't resell or republish them. Sharing a favourite line with a friend is more than fine.

Beta testers

If you received a beta code, your Spark Map and extras are free. In return, I'll ask for your feedback. Anything you send may be used to improve Sol Sparks, and testimonials are only published with your permission.

The fine print

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. If something here changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions: helpme@theprosperitymaven.ca.
