Sol Sparks is run by Kelly Tuohey, The Prosperity Maven, in Kamloops, British Columbia. This page explains what I collect when you buy a Spark Map (a Human Design and Gene Keys reading of your chart), why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions go to helpme@theprosperitymaven.ca.

What I collect

• At checkout: your name, email and billing details. Payments are handled by ThriveCart and its payment processors. I never see your full card number.
• For your Spark Map: your birth date, time and place, which figure you'd like on your bodygraph, and whatever you choose to share about your life or business.
• In your portal: which chapters you've read and which action plan items you've ticked, so your portal remembers where you left off.
• Feedback: anything you send through the feedback form, including a testimonial if you choose to write one.
• Basic site counts: how many people view the page and click through to checkout. No advertising trackers.

Why

To calculate your chart, write your Spark Map and Year Ahead windows, run your portal, email you about your Spark Map, and make Spark Maps better. That's it. Your information is never sold, and it's never shared for anyone's advertising.

Who helps me do that

A few trusted services store or process your information on my behalf:

• ThriveCart and its payment processors (checkout and payment)
• Netlify (hosting your portal and storing your Spark Map)
• Resend (sending your emails)
• AI writing tools, including Anthropic's Claude, which write your Spark Map from your chart and your answers, using my method.

Some of these companies are based outside Canada, mostly in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and be subject to those countries' laws.

Testimonials

If you send a testimonial, I'll only publish it with your permission, and only in the way you chose on the form (your first name, or anonymously).

How long I keep it

For as long as your portal is open, so your Spark Map stays available to you. Ask me to close your portal and delete your information any time, and I will, except for the purchase records I'm required to keep for taxes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email helpme@theprosperitymaven.ca and I'll sort it out within 30 days.
